Community Goals

Our mission is to play a vital role in the health and vitality of Danville and Central Kentucky. To that end, we:

  • Host biweekly group rides
  • Organize and sponsor The Constitution 5K
  • Serve as a clearinghouse for local races and race information
  • Offer educational programs to schools and community groups
  • Provide in-depth information and advice about fitness, training and nutrition
  • Contribute to a dynamic downtown

Some of our long-term goals for the community:

  • Encourage more group fitness programs
  • Get mountain bike trails built in the area
  • Increase the amount of bike paths and bicycle/walk commuting
  • Support a bike trail connecting Danville to Harrodsburg, Wilmore and Lexington
